Use the full Windows package for a prepared kit

The recorded DesktopEditors_x64.exe is the versioned application package. ONLYOFFICE also offers a separate OnlineInstaller.exe that downloads a selected version; use the full package when preparing installation media ahead of time.

The online installer is not an offline dependency kit. Choose the Windows architecture and package scope deliberately, and obtain required permissions through the organization’s normal installation process.

Review associations and preserve existing configuration

The Windows wizard offers all, selected or no file associations. Choose the behavior needed alongside an existing office suite, then open, edit, save and reopen a representative local file.
