SentinelOne Overview
SentinelOne (Singularity) is an enterprise endpoint protection and detection-and-response platform built around autonomous, AI-driven detection, not a consumer antivirus. Its agent uses behavioral AI on each device to detect and automatically respond to threats — including the ability to roll back changes made by ransomware — and it is managed from a central console that gives security teams visibility and investigation tools across an organization. As enterprise software, it is deployed and configured centrally by IT/security teams rather than installed by individual home users. It is a paid, subscription product for organizations. It is positioned as a replacement for traditional antivirus in enterprises and extends to XDR, correlating signals across endpoints, cloud, and identity.
